Can I customize my keychain?
No, Pretty Alert Keychains are currently not customizable.
Pretty Alert takes pride in packaging your orders with lots of love and care. We always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office, however after we drop packages off at the post office we are no longer in control of the handling procedures. With that being said, She Pretty Alert is not liable for any lost, damaged, and/ or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim if any of those occur.
